Melody Of Love (Download)

This is my first recordings on the piano, and today I would most certainly do a lot of things differently. This album was the first important step out on my own, and even though I have grown out of this young ‘infant’ stage of my writing, many of my listeners still love this album!

In winter 2012 I journeyed to Buenos Aires where I found the pulsing, vivacious and somewhat incongruous metropolis an ideal inspiration for my compositions.
In 14 self composed piano pieces about love, I am creating music, which is easy, but not simplistic.
Like a ‘sound poet’ (TIP-Berlin) I am interweaving classical and jazz music with tango influences.

“A remarkable expression of our times.” (Carsten Dürer, PIANONews)
